Zenika Singapore Expands Leadership Team to Enhance AI Capabilities

Singapore, Nov. 24, 2025 – Zenika Singapore has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Seet Teck Kiang as the new Head of Business and welcoming back Michael Isvy as the Head of Engineering. These strategic appointments aim to advance the company’s mission of expanding its regional presence while optimizing its innovative AI Multiplier Framework.

Seet Teck Kiang: Driving Business Strategy

Seet Teck Kiang joins Zenika with over 20 years of experience in business transformation across the enterprise and public sectors in Asia. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Seet has an impressive history of leadership positions at companies like ThoughtWorks, EPAM Systems, and Zühlke Group. His expertise in platform modernization and large-scale strategic initiatives will be instrumental in scaling Zenika’s AI Multiplier Framework™.

    The AI Multiplier Framework

The AI Multiplier Framework (SHAPE × SHIP × SYNC) integrates product engineering, AI-driven delivery, and cloud-native architectures. This comprehensive model is designed to help organizations transition from experimental stages of AI to deriving sustainable business value.

Seet expressed enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “What attracted me to Zenika is its ethos of engineering excellence and its ability to unify AI with product, architecture, and operational disciplines.” He aims to leverage this framework to accelerate Zenika’s growth throughout Asia.

    Michael Isvy: Revolutionizing Engineering Practices

Returning to Zenika, Michael Isvy will lead the Engineering and AI strategy, emphasizing the scaling of augmented development practices and optimizing AI workflows. With experience spanning two engineering cultures—France’s rigorous craftsmanship and Singapore’s dynamic innovation ecosystem—Michael aims to bridge methodologies for enhanced collaboration.

    Transforming AI Engineering

Michael’s mission is to transform Zenika’s Singapore division into a living lab for AI engineering. This initiative will further enhance collaboration with French teams, fostering an environment where AI can become more reliable and accessible for engineers and clients.

Upon his return, Michael remarked, “My goal is to turn our Singapore division into a true experimentation hub for AI adoption.”

    Strategic Vision for the Future

Timothée Dufresne, Managing Director of Zenika Singapore, remarked on the complementary strengths that Seet and Michael bring to the table. “Seet enhances our business strategy and regional growth, while Michael elevates our engineering and AI capabilities. Together, they are poised to shape the next chapter of Zenika Singapore and its impact across Asia.”
